  • 5 - eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 tbsp - Black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 3/4 tsp - Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 5 - Curry leaves
  • How to Make Sesame and Egg Fry:

    1. Heat oil and let it splutter the mustard seeds, sesame seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
    2. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, half a cup of water and salt to the hard boiled eggs and keep it aside.
    3. Add this egg with spice powder to the tempered spices and cook until water evaporates and the oil separates.
    4. Enjoy it as a side dish.
