Ingredients

  • For the fruits:
  • 2 - apples, cored and deseeded but not peeled
  • 1 - kiwi - peeled and cut into cubes
  • 10-12 - strawberries
  • 18-10 - Orange segments
  • We can also use other seasonal fruit
  • 1 cup - thick Sugar syrup
  • 2 tbsp - roasted sesame
  • Mint leaves for decoration
  • For the custard:
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - custard power
  • Sugar to taste

How to Make Sesame fruits in custard

  • Boil milk and heat till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Mix in the sugar.
  • Mix the custard power in half a cup of lukewarm milk and mix it to the condensed milk.
  • Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed and the custard does not stick at the bottom.
  • Cook till the custard thickens.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Coat the chopped fruits in the sugar syrup and then coat with sesame seeds.
  • To serve:
  • Place a portion of the prepared custard sauce in individual bowls. Top with a portion of the sesame coated fruits and decorate with mint leaves.
