  • For the fruits:
  • 2 - apples, cored and deseeded but not peeled
  • 1 - kiwi - peeled and cut into cubes
  • 10-12 - strawberries
  • 18-10 - Orange segments
  • We can also use other seasonal fruit
  • 1 cup - thick Sugar syrup
  • 2 tbsp - roasted sesame
  • Mint leaves for decoration
  • For the custard:
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - custard power
  • Sugar to taste
  • How to Make Sesame fruits in custard:

    1. Boil milk and heat till it reduces to half its quantity.
    2. Mix in the sugar.
    3. Mix the custard power in half a cup of lukewarm milk and mix it to the condensed milk.
    4. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed and the custard does not stick at the bottom.
    5. Cook till the custard thickens.
    6. Cool to room temperature.
    7. Coat the chopped fruits in the sugar syrup and then coat with sesame seeds.
    8. To serve:
    9. Place a portion of the prepared custard sauce in individual bowls. Top with a portion of the sesame coated fruits and decorate with mint leaves.
