  • 175 g - shelled Prawns
  • 125 g - fish fillet, skinned
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices - white bread crusts, removed, toasted
  • 4 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • oil for deep frying
  • coriander sprigs for garnishing
  • How to Make Sesame Prawn Toasts:

    1. Fit the metal processing blade, place the prawns, fish fillet, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste in the processor bowl and process until smooth.
    2. Spread evenly over the toast.
    3. Beat the other egg and brush over the fish mixture, then press down onto the sesame seeds until evenly coated.
    4. Deep fry each slice separately in hot oil for 2 minutes.
    5. Drain and cut into 8-10 fingers.
    6. Serve warm garnished with coriander leaves.
