  • 200 g - White sesame seeds
  • 200 g - Sugar or Jaggery
  • 1tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp - ghee.
  • How to Make Sesame Seeds Toffee:

    1. Roast the sesame seeds (til seeds) on a low fire for about 5 minutes.
    2. Melt the sugar or jaggery in a heavy bottom vessel until it forms a thick syrup.
    3. Add the roasted sesame seeds, ghee and vanilla essence. Mix well and cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the vessel.
    4. Remove from heat and pour onto a greased plate.
    5. Spread well.
    6. Let it cool.
    7. Cut into squares and serve.
