Ingredients

  • Sev - 100 g
  • Potato cubes - 2 cup
  • Onion paste - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Ginger paste - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh karipatta - 1/4 cup
  • Mustard Seed - 2 tsp
  • Red Chillies - 4
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Water - 2 cup
  • How to Make Sev Curry:

    1. Heat a pan and add oil. Add karipatta, mustard and red chillies.
    2. After it splutters, add the potatoes and fry it.
    3. Now add the tomatoes, all the remaining spices and pastes. Fry until oil separates.
    4. Add water and boil it. Cook it for 10 mins on a low flame.
    5. Add sev and mix well. Serve.
