Ingredients

  • Flat Puris (crisp) 10 Nos
  • Fine Sev 50 gm.
  • Curd (sweetened) 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind chutney 2-3 tbsp.(according to taste)
  • Green chutney According to taste (Coriander, chillies, mint)
  • Boiled Potatoes 1 cup
  • Chat Masala
  • Chilli powder
  • Jeera powder

How to Make Sev Puri

  • Arrange puris on a plate. Put boiled potatoes, sev, curd and chutneys.
  • Sprinkle the chat masala and powders.
  • Add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves if desired sprinkle more sev.
