Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 - bread slices
  • 1 bunch - fresh Coriander leaves
  • 3 - Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 - Onions
  • 10 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 cup - water
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Seyal Bread:

    1. Grind coriander, tomatoes, half the garlic, turmeric, red chilli into paste.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and onions till brown.
    3. Add cumin and the paste, cook for 10 mins or till oil separates.
    4. Add the water, bring to boil, add the bread slices, soak well.
    5. Garnish with sev and serve hot.
