How to Make Shaahee Paneer

  • Cut paneer into cubes and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add bay leaf and onion paste.
  • Saute onion is transparent in colour and then add tomato puree.
  • Cook for 10-15 mins or till the oil separates.
  • Then add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Add cream and 1/2 glass of milk.
  • Cook until it turns into a thick gravy.
  • Now add paneer and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with chapatti.
