200 gms - Mushrooms

100 gms - Paneer

5 gms - ginger, cut finely into pieces

5 gms - garlic, cut finely into pieces

5 gms - green chilli, cut finely into pieces

5 gms - fresh Coriander leaves

10 gms - mixed dry fruits

5 gms - Pomegranate seeds

Salt to taste

To marinate:

50 gms - yoghurt, beaten

10 gms - Red Chilli powder

5 gms - Garam Masala powder

5 gms - kasuri Methi

10 gms - Dhania phudina paste

10 gms - Ginger Garlic paste

5 gms - mustard oil.


  1. Clean the mushrooms and keep aside.
  2. Mash the paneer and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, dry fruits and salt and mix well.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients for the marinate and cover over the mushrooms
  4. Stuff the paneer mixture into the mushroom and also add some pomegranate seeds.
  5. Now take the mushrooms and put in the seekh sticks and cook in the tandoor for 10 mins.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
