Mash the paneer and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, dry fruits and salt and mix well.
Now mix all the ingredients for the marinate and cover over the mushrooms
Stuff the paneer mixture into the mushroom and also add some pomegranate seeds.
Now take the mushrooms and put in the seekh sticks and cook in the tandoor for 10 mins.
Serve with green chutney.
