Put some jeera, garlic, ginger and mix it. Put onions and deep fry it. When the onions become red, add tomatoes.
Add masalas like red chilli, salt, dhania powder, haldi powder and mix it properly. Add baingan with curd, tomato puree and mix it thoroughly. After it becomes reddish in colour, put garam masala coriander leaves and butter. Shahi brinjal kebab is ready to serve.
