Ingredients

  • 1.5 litres - Milk
  • 7 to 8 tbsp - Sugar (or as taste)
  • 1.5 cups - mixed fresh fruits (chikoo, banana, apple, Orange and mango)

How to Make Shahi Fruit Salad

  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • After a boil simmer.
  • Boil the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Cool and add chopped fruits.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
