Ingredients

  • 250 g - Chicken kheema
  • 150 g - Channa dal
  • 250g - Maida
  • 3 - Egg white
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 250 ml - oil
  • How to Make Shahi Kheema Paratha:

    1. Boil the chicken kheema and channa dal in some water and let it cool.
    2. Then use your hands to mix it well, add the other ingredients (except maida and egg white). Keep the mixture aside.
    3. Now make a soft dough with maida and egg white.
    4. You can use a little oil (but not water) if needed.
    5. Leave the dough aside for 1 hour.
    6. Make parathas with the chicken keema stuffing and fry well.
    7. Serve with mutton or chicken curry.
