  • 1 - ripe mango
  • Fresh curd - 4 cups
  • Condensed milk - 200 g
  • Crushed cashew - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed pistachio - 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 2-3 pinch

How to Make Shahi Mango Raita

  • Peel and cut mango into small pieces.
  • Mix condensed milk and curd, beat till smooth.
  • Add crushed nuts and cardamom powder to the curd.
  • Add mango pieces in this mix.
  • Add sugar if required.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
