Ingredients

  • 1 - ripe Mango
  • Fresh Curd - 4 cups
  • Condensed Milk - 200 g
  • Crushed cashew - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Almonds - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Pistachio - 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 2-3 pinch
  • How to Make Shahi Mango Raita:

    1. Peel and cut mango into small pieces.
    2. Mix condensed milk and curd, beat till smooth.
    3. Add crushed nuts and cardamom powder to the curd.
    4. Add mango pieces in this mix.
    5. Add sugar if required.
    6. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
