Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Suzi/Rava - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsps
  • Filling:
  • Paneer - 150 gm
  • Boiled Peas - 1/2 cup
  • green chillies - 2-3
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli - to taste
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Fruits - finely chopped
  • Dry Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated

How to Make Shahi Parantha

  • Sift flour, maida, suji. Add salt and make a soft dough using milk. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
  • Mash paneer with it and add lightly mashed boiled peas (optional) and all other ingredients except coconut.
  • Make balls of dough, stuff with filling mixture.
  • Roll into paranthas and cook on tawa using oil/butter.
  • When cooked, garnish with coconut.
  • Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy with curd and cilantro chutney.
