Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 slices- bread
  • 100 gms- mawa
  • 1/2 litre- milk
  • 3 tbsp-sugar
  • handful- dry fruits

How to Make Shahi Tukada

  • Cut bread in triangle. Deep-fry it or bake it till golden brown.
  • Heat the milk and add sugar.
  • Place the bread in plate and pour the milk over it.
  • Spread mawa and dry fruits. Serve cold.
