  • 250 g - Sweet Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  • Butter
  • 2 apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 g - papaya, peeled
  • 100 g -watermelon, peeled and deseeded
  • 30 g - Pomegranate seeds
  • 50 g - Grapes
  • 1.5 tsp - Rock Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - amchur powder
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • How to Make Shakarkandhi Aur Phalon Ki Chaat:

    1. Dice the boiled and peeled sweet potato.
    2. Heat the butter on a griddle (tawa), shallow fry the sweet potatoes on all sides till crisp and light golden in colour. Remove from heat and set aside.
    3. Dice all the fruits (do not peel the apples), and mix them with the fried sweet potatoes.
    4. Add the rock salt, amchur powder and lemon juice.
    5. Toss gently and transfer into a serving plate and garnish with the mint leaves.
    6. Serve chilled.
