  • 30 - Shallots
  • 5 - Red Chillies (can decrease also)
  • ½ - Tomatoes
  • 5 - Garlic
  • 3 tbsp - Gingili oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 3 - Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • How to Make Shallots N Red chillies Chutney:

    1. Heat few drops of gingili oil, saute shallots, red chillies, tomato pieces, garlic for 5 minutes, grind into a coarse paste with enough salt.
    2. This chutney will be very spicy, heat again the rest gingili oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow them to splutter.
    3. Add them to the hot chutney.
    4. Serve them as side dish for idlis and dosas.
