Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - mince Meat
  • 1/2 cup - Channa Dal
  • 4 - Red Chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania seeds
  • 1 tsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 6 - peppercorns
  • 4 - Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Dhania leaves, chopped
  • salt
  • Ghee for frying
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp - coriander
  • How to Make Shami Kebabs:

    1. Boil all the ingredients together in 3 cups of water and cook till water dries up. Then grind finely.
    2. To the ground meat, mix the egg and coriander leaves.
    3. Form into medium sized balls, flatten and fry in very little ghee.
