Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Maida
  • 1/3 cup - Sugar
  • 1/3 cup - water
  • 1/3 cup - Ghee
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 4 tbsp - ghee.
  • How to Make Shankarpale:

    1. Mix maida, salt, ghee, and sugar and water to make a dough. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
    2. Roll out and cut into small squares.
    3. Fry in ghee on low flame till done.
    4. Store in an airtight jar.
