Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - shark fish cut into medium size pieces
  • 2 -medium sized Onions chopped
  • 2 tsp - chillies powder
  • 2 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • salt
  • 2- Tomatoes pureed or chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Shark Fish Vindaloo:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and fry till light brown.
    2. Add the garlic paste and saute for a while.
    3. Add the chillies powder, cumin powder, tomato puree and salt and fry for some time.
    4. Add the shark pieces, vinegar and mix well.
    5. Add a just a little more water and cook till the gravy is slightly thick.
    6. Serve with rice or bread.
