  • 1/2 kg - shark fish (without the skin) cut into medium size pieces
  • 3 -potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp - chillies powder
  • 1/2 tsp - spice powder/ Garam Masala powder
  • 2 Green chillies minced
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Egg - beaten well
  • 3 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • How to Make Shark Mince Cutlets:

    1. Boil the shark with a little water and a pinch of salt for about 6 mins.
    2. Drain the soup and remove the bones.
    3. Mix the boiled shark together with the potatoes, green chillies, chillies powder, spice / garam masala powder, salt and coriander leaves.
    4. Form into oval shapes and flatten on top.
    5. Heat oil in a pan.
    6. When hot, dip each cutlet into the beaten egg, roll into the breadcrumbs and shallow fry on low heat on both sides till brown.
    7. Serve as a snack or side dish with rice and pepper water.
