Ingredients

  • 1 l - Milk
  • 250 g - Sugar
  • 100 g - khoya
  • 250 g - nuts like almonds, pistachios, Cashew nuts and chairoli, mixed blanched and sliced
  • 100 g - sevaiyaan
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom seeds
  • A few drops - rose essence
  • 2 tbsp - Raisins
  • How to Make Sheer Korma:

    1. Heat the ghee and fry all the nuts and raisins.
    2. Drain out from the ghee.
    3. Add sevaiyaan and fry over slow fire till golden. Drain.
    4. Heat milk along with sugar and add khoya.
    5. Mix well till the mixture turns smooth.
    6. Add in seviyaan and cook for 10 mins till the mixture turns a little thick.
    7. Remove from fire and add in the nuts, essence and raisins.
    8. Serve hot or cold.
