  • 1 l - milk
  • 250 g - sugar
  • 100 g - khoya
  • 250 g - nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and chairoli, mixed blanched and sliced
  • 100 g - sevaiyaan
  • 1/2 cup - ghee
  • 1 tsp - cardamom seeds
  • A few drops - rose essence
  • 2 tbsp - raisins

How to Make Sheer Korma

  • Heat the ghee and fry all the nuts and raisins.
  • Drain out from the ghee.
  • Add sevaiyaan and fry over slow fire till golden. Drain.
  • Heat milk along with sugar and add khoya.
  • Mix well till the mixture turns smooth.
  • Add in seviyaan and cook for 10 mins till the mixture turns a little thick.
  • Remove from fire and add in the nuts, essence and raisins.
  • Serve hot or cold.
