  • 1 Chicken whole - 4 pieces
  • 1 - Lemon
  • Salt according to taste
  • 4 tbsp - Chilli powder
  • How to Make Shikari-Murgi:

    1. Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt and chilli powder. Marinate for half an hour.
    2. Put ghee in a pan and shallow fry the chicken well.
    3. Then put half cup of water in it and cover the lid.
    4. Open it, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti.
