Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - string bean
  • 100 gm - sesame seeds
  • 6 - green chilli, sliced
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Shimi ka achar:

    1. Wash and cut string beans into thin diagonal slices. Boil for 5 minutes and strain.
    2. Roast til for 3 minutes and grind to make a thick paste.
    3. Heat oil and fry sliced green chillies.
    4. Pour these over the beans.
    5. Add til paste, salt and lemon to taste and mix well.
