Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - string bean
  • 100 gm - sesame seeds
  • 6 - green chilli, sliced
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Shimi ka achar

  • Wash and cut string beans into thin diagonal slices. Boil for 5 minutes and strain.
  • Roast til for 3 minutes and grind to make a thick paste.
  • Heat oil and fry sliced green chillies.
  • Pour these over the beans.
  • Add til paste, salt and lemon to taste and mix well.
