Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef shin bones
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - chopped mint
  • 2 - large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 - onions, sliced thickly
  • salt to taste

How to Make Shin Bones Soup

  • Wash the shin bones thoroughly, and boil with all the other ingredients in sufficient water for about one hour till the soup is thick.
  • Add more salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve with bread.
