  • 1/2 kg - Beef shin bones
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - chopped Mint
  • 2 - large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 - onions, sliced thickly
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Shin Bones Soup:

    1. Wash the shin bones thoroughly, and boil with all the other ingredients in sufficient water for about one hour till the soup is thick.
    2. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
    3. Serve with bread.
