  • 175 gms - Butter
  • 75 gms - caster Sugar
  • 2 drops - vanilla extract
  • 1 - Lemon grated zest
  • Caster Sugar for dusting
  • 200 gms - strawberries
  • 200 ml - whipped Cream
  • How to Make Shortbread Tower:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Ce. Grease and line two large baking sheet.
    2. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Sift the flour and make it into a smooth dough.
    3. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the dough into 5 mm thickness, cut the biscuits using a pastry cutter.
    4. Bake it for about 10-12 mins or until pale in colour.
    5. To make the shortbread tower, arrange the biscuits in a plate. Top it with cream and strawberries. Dust it with icing sugar.
