  • 4 - medium Carrots grated/shredded
  • 500ml - yogurt
  • 1- onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 5 to 6 - Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Shredded Carrots In Yogurt:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard and curry leaves.
    2. When mustard starts spluttering add the onion, green chillies and ginger and saute for a few minutes.
    3. Add the grated carrots and salt and mix well.
    4. Cover and cook on low flame for about 5-6 mins till the carrot is cooked.
    5. Remove from heat. When it cools, mix in yogurt.
