Ingredients

  • 250g - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • 3 - small cucumbers, peeled and shredded
  • 2 tbsp - cooked and shredded Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp - ground Ginger
  • 3 tbsp - ground Onions
  • salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - sesame seeds, toasted and powdered
  • 1 tsp - ground Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - white Vinegar
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 2 tbsp - ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil

How to Make Shredded Chicken Salad

  • Arrange chicken, mushrooms, and cucumber on a plate.
  • Heat the oil and fry the chilli till black.
  • Throw away the chilli, cool the oil, and mix in the rest of the sauce ingredients.
  • Put over the salad and serve cold.
