How to Make Shreekand

  • Boil the milk in a cooker, cool it a little and use it to make curd.
  • Once done, cover a table with a paper and cloth and spread the curd on it evenly.
  • After an hour, remove the thick formation and add sugar.
  • Strain all of the curd and sugar. Then powder the cardamoms and add to it.
  • Cut badam and pista into small pieces and add.
  • Heat saffron strands in one tbsp milk and add it to the above mixture.
