  • 3 litres - Milk
  • A little Curd
  • 1.75 cups Sugar
  • 10 - Pista
  • 5 - Badam
  • 10 - Cardamom - 10
  • 5 strands - Saffron
  • How to Make Shreekand:

    1. Boil the milk in a cooker, cool it a little and use it to make curd.
    2. Once done, cover a table with a paper and cloth and spread the curd on it evenly.
    3. After an hour, remove the thick formation and add sugar.
    4. Strain all of the curd and sugar. Then powder the cardamoms and add to it.
    5. Cut badam and pista into small pieces and add.
    6. Heat saffron strands in one tbsp milk and add it to the above mixture.
