  • 2 litres - Milk
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Curd for Curdling
  • Elaichi powder/kesar
  • How to Make Shrikand:

    1. Bring the milk to a boil and use curd to curdle it after it has cooled down sufficiently.
    2. After the curd is set, pour it in a cloth and hang it till all the excess water drains out. It will may take a day more or less.
    3. Then take the paneer in a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar.
    4. Beat it till it is well blended. To this add elaichi or kesar strands and beat further. Serve.
