Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs - boiled shrimps
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 3-4 - Garlic flakes
  • 5-6 - fresh coriander sticks
  • Sandwich bread, sliced
  • 3-4 - eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Shrimp and Egg Sandwich:

    1. Grind boiled shrimp, green chillies, cumin powder, garlic flakes, fresh coriander, and salt without water. Apply the paste on the bread slices.
    2. Cut those bread sandwiches into half and dip those in mixture of egg, turmeric powder, and salt.
    3. Now shallow fry those in oil.
    4. Serve the sandwiches with salad.
