Ingredients

  • 1 cup - shrimps, cooked
  • 1/4 cup - margarine
  • 1/2 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped finely
  • salt and pepper as per taste

How to Make Shrimp Dip

  • Coarsely smash the shrimps.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and margarine till smooth.
  • Add onion, capsicum, celery and lemon juice.
  • Add shrimps and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve with chips / crackers.
