Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh shrimp
  • 2 cups cooked steamed Rice
  • 1 cup cauliflower, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced
  • 1 cup straw Mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsps cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp long chilli, sliced and seeded
  • 2 tbsps spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsps fresh coriander
  • How to Make Shrimp Fried rice:

    1. In a wok, fry garlic in oil. Add the eggs, shrimp, rice, onion, cauliflower, cabbage and mushrooms, while stirring continuously.
    2. Add tomatoes, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chilli, spring onions and coriander.
    3. Saute well and heat through.
