Ingredients

  • 1 kg - shrimp (uncooked)
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 Onions - sliced
  • 2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 2 - elaichi
  • 2 - Cardamoms
  • 2 - Cinnamon
  • 2 - Bay Leaves
  • 1 pinch - Sugar
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Shrimp Fry:

    1. Light fry the shrimp.
    2. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add elaichi and cardamom and cinnamon.
    3. The add chillies and onion.
    4. When the onion turns brown, add ginger paste and bay leaves.
    5. Now add prawns and salt, and saute till done.
