Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsps - sliced Onion and Celery
  • 4 tbsps - cooked and minced Prawn or shrimps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Shrimp Omelette

  • Mix together all the above ingredients.
  • Grease a heated pan nicely and pour in 3 tbsps. of the mixture.
  • Fry on both sides to a brown colour.
  • Serve with chilli sauce and fried bread crumbs.
