Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsps - sliced Onion and Celery
  • 4 tbsps - cooked and minced Prawn or shrimps
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Shrimp Omelette:

    1. Mix together all the above ingredients.
    2. Grease a heated pan nicely and pour in 3 tbsps. of the mixture.
    3. Fry on both sides to a brown colour.
    4. Serve with chilli sauce and fried bread crumbs.
