Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - shrimp
  • 2 - Onions (big)
  • 2 - Potato
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - ginger, Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - aniseed
  • Coriander and Curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • How to Make Shrimp Potato Curry:

    1. Boil the potatoes with turmeric powder.
    2. Peel the shell of the shrimps.
    3. Cut onion and tomato into very small pieces
    4. In a pan heat the oil, and add the onion and curry leaves, saute till onion becomes brown.
    5. Then add the tomatoes and fry it well.
    6. Now add ginger garlic paste and powdered aniseed, chilli powder, and salt.
    7. Add the boiled potatoes and shrimp.
    8. Mix it, keeping it on a high flame and remove from heat.
    9. Serve garnished with coriander.
