Ingredients

  • 2 cups small shrimp, drained and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Mix together-
  • 1 green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup peeled and chopped Cucumber
  • 2 cups shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Raw Mango
  • How to Make Shrimp Salad:

    1. Marinate shrimp with lemon juice and pepper powder.
    2. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Saute shrimp in oil till they turn pink.
    5. Drain and keep aside.
    6. In a bowl put the mixed ingredients.
    7. Add cumin seeds and cooked shrimps.
    8. Toss it to mix it well.
    9. Before serving, top it with Italian dressing.
