  • 1 cup - cooked shrimps
  • 1 -onion
  • Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaves - 4
  • 4 - Buns

How to Make Shrimp Sandwich

  • For the filling: Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for a minute.
  • Add cooked shrimps and chilli powder, salt and stir.
  • Cover and cook for 2 mins and remove from heat.
  • The filling for sandwich is ready.
  • Now spread mayonnaise on the buns, place a lettuce leaf, top with the prawn mixture and serve.
