How to Make Shrimp with Noodles

  • Marinate the shrimp with ketchup, haldi and chilli powder for 2 hrs. In a flat pan, bring water to boil and add the noodles. Cooking time for different type of noodles vary so make sure to keep a close eye and do not overcook.
  • Drain the water and wash noodles under cold running water.
  • Add some ketchup, a little salt and keep aside.
  • In a non-stick pan add oil, crushed garlics and saute for a few mins till light brown.
  • Then add onions and saute till light brown.
  • Add the shrimp, and if you are using the raw ones, cook them well.
  • Then add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes till mushrooms look soft.
  • If u want the noodles spicy, add some red chilli powder and stir.
  • Add hing and finally add the noodles and stir everything well.
  • Steam everything for 2 mins and serve it hot.
