How to Make Shrimp with vegetables

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed skillet and put all the masalas.
  • Fry chopped onions with the masala until golden brown and add the cleaned shrimps.
  • Put all the vegetables, salt, sugar, and fry for about five minutes.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and set the flame to low and remove from fire when done.
  • Serve.
