Ingredients

  • 1 packet wonton wrappers
  • For the filling:
  • 1 tbsp - freshly grated Ginger
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup -chopped Celery
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 cups - finely minced shrimps
  • 1 cup - minced, cooked crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Shrimp Wontons

  • Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Put 1/2 tbsp filling at the centre of wrapper.
  • Press the edges of wrapper, so the filling is enclosed.
  • Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with soy sauce.
