  • 1/2 kg - shrimp
  • 2 - garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - hot, dried red pepper
  • 6 tbsp - olive oil
  • salt

How to Make Shrimps with Garlic

  • Peel the shrimps and discard the heads.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan or in a casserole. Add chopped garlic.
  • Leave on low heat until the garlic is golden brown.
  • Add the hot red flaked pepper.
  • Add the shrimps and saute for a minute.
  • Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
