Ingredients

  • 200 g - baby Corn
  • 150 g - Corn flour
  • 100 g - Maida
  • 20 g - chilli paste
  • 20 g - Tomato ketchup
  • 10 g - Sugar
  • 100 g - Spring onions
  • 10ml - soya sauce
  • 50 g - onion, chopped
  • 10 g - Garlic chopped
  • 50ml - oil to fry
  • How to Make Sichuan style baby corn:

    1. Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, chilli paste and baby corn.
    2. Deep fry till baby corn is cooked.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic.
    4. Add chilli paste, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
    5. Add baby corn, toss well
    6. Adjust seasoning.
    7. Add spring onion. Mix and serve hot.
