Ingredients

  • 200 g - baby corn
  • 150 g - corn flour
  • 100 g - maida
  • 20 g - chilli paste
  • 20 g - tomato ketchup
  • 10 g - sugar
  • 100 g - spring onions
  • 10ml - soya sauce
  • 50 g - onion, chopped
  • 10 g - garlic chopped
  • 50ml - oil to fry

How to Make Sichuan style baby corn

  • Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, chilli paste and baby corn.
  • Deep fry till baby corn is cooked.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic.
  • Add chilli paste, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
  • Add baby corn, toss well
  • Adjust seasoning.
  • Add spring onion. Mix and serve hot.
