How to Make Sichuan style baby corn

  • Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, chilli paste and baby corn.
  • Deep fry till baby corn is cooked.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic.
  • Add chilli paste, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
  • Add baby corn, toss well
  • Adjust seasoning.
  • Add spring onion. Mix and serve hot.
