Ingredients

  • 250 g - fish (grouper or sole)
  • 50 g - cooked Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp - minced Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - minced Garlic
  • 4-6 - dry red pepper
  • 10 - cayenne pepper
  • 2 stalks - Spring onion
  • Seasoning:
  • 1/3 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Rice wine
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • pepper to taste
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp - light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 3 tbsp - Chicken stock
  • 1/2 tbsp - salt
  • How to Make Sichuan Style Fry Fish Cube:

    1. Wash the fish, cut into small cubes
    2. Marinate fish cubes with seasoning for 30 minutes
    3. Chop the spring onion into short stalks
    4. Remove the skin of boiled peanuts
    5. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add dry red pepper and cayenne
    6. Add fish cubes and stir fry until cooked
    7. Add ginger, garlic, and chopped spring onions
    8. Pour in sauce and stir until boiled
    9. Add peanut and stir well. Serve.
