Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • Simla mirch - 2
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp - Cooking oil

How to Make Simla mirch raitha

  • Take a kadai, add oil to it. When it's hot, add pepper and jeera. Allow it to splutter.
  • Add cut smile mirch and fry for 2 mins.
  • When cool, add salt, coconut and grind to a paste in the mixer.
  • Add the paste to yogurt.
  • Serve with rotis and hot rice.
