How to Make Simple Bread Pudding

  • Remove the crust and soak the bread in milk for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, wash the plums.
  • Peel the almonds and cut into slices.
  • Mix sugar with the soaked bread and mash well.
  • Add the plums, almond slices, nutmeg powder, salt and butter and mix well.
  • Grease a bowl and pour the mixture into it.
  • Steam for an hour in a flat pressure cooker.
  • Cool and serve with pudding sauce.
