How to Make Simple Cauliflower Dish

  • Fry the cauliflower.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it sizzles.
  • Add cardamom and elaichi.
  • Add garlic, and ginger paste.
  • Stir it till garlic turns light brown.
  • Add cauliflower.
  • Add tomatoes and then add salt and turmeric, dhania powder and jeera powder.
  • Stir it well and add a little bit of soya sauce.
  • Stir it and add little water, cover the pan and let it get cooked.
  • Let the water dry out.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
