Ingredients

  • 500 g - paneer
  • 1.5 cups - tomato sauce
  • 2 - onions (peeled into layers/flaps)
  • 2 - capsicum (cut in squares) 1 - tomato
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - white vinegar
  • A pinch - ajinomoto
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour

How to Make Simple Chilli-Paneer

  • Cut the onion and peel its flaps.
  • Take 1 tbsp of veg. oil in a vessel.
  • Fry onions and capsicum till it becomes bit soft.
  • Fry paneer cubes in the same oil till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • Now add all the sauces, vinegar, and tomato in a grinder and mix thoroughly.
  • Add this mixture of sauces into fried onion, capsicum, paneer, salt, pepper, ajinomoto and stir fry.
  • Now mix corn flour in cold water and add to the above prepared mixture to thicken the gravy.
  • Quickly incorporate and remove from heat.
