Ingredients

  • 1 cup - coconut, finely grated
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Simple Coconut Burfi

  • Heat sugar in a little water and stir till it dissolves.
  • Slowly add the grated coconut and add a little ghee to it.
  • Keep on stirring till the coconut mixture is cooked and leaves no water.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased plate
  • Cut into desired shapes.
