Ingredients

  • Fish fillets - 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to Make

  • Marinate fish fillets in lemon juice, salt, and chilli powder for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle corn flour on the fillets and deep-fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with rice and dal.
